8 rounds of technical and culture fit interview. most of them took 2 weeks gap. very lengthy process. No offer after 8 rounds to a single candidate as they moved the role after 2 months to cheaper country. Poor management.

Asked me about technical problems and culture fit. I cleared all the interviews and in the end I met with Hiring manager again just to tell me that they have now decided to move this role to some Eastern European country for cheap labor.
