Had a phone call with a very upbeat HR employee in America. The questions were quite obviously being read from a checklist so didn’t have much opportunity to expand. It was definitely more of a tick the box situation rather than actually getting to know the interviewee & their experience which gave me a bad feeling from the start. I was told I’d be contacted within a certain timeframe to hear back but it took quite a bit longer - unsurprising given the recent experiences of others with this company.
