First interview: meeting with the manager and they ask the usual question like how you handle stress and all that Second Interview: it is a shadowing where you follow a current employee and you get to ask question as they explain some of the position in more details.You get to experience the work environment and meet some of the employ.Make sure to be friendly and ask question so they will remember you Third interview: with a higher position person who is gonna ask your schedule and some more question about the schedule of the work
