First, there was a phone screen and then an interview with two managers. Overall, the interview was not very structured and more conversational. They were interested in seeing my passion and knowledge.

Interviews included a lot of questions on my understanding of the electric grid, electric planning models, and electricity markets.

Interview
Unprofessional and unnecessarily prolonged. Went through 8 rounds of interviews which felt repetitive. Did a hour-long technical presentation and was told I'd receive an offer, but never did. Very poor candidate experience. Don't waste your time.

Went through 8 rounds before they ghosted me, saying they would likely hire in July (never happened). Included a presentation and two convos with CEO, which was surprising that they put that much effort into a candidate and then just didn't respond.
CEO missed a meeting with me and failed to email me at all apologizing or rescheduling.
