I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ascend Learning
Interview
The process started off structured with four rounds, including a recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, a panel presentation, and a final round with leadership. While each step was communicated upfront, I spent a significant amount of time preparing, especially for the panel presentation.
Unfortunately, after completing all rounds, I was completely ghosted—no feedback, no closure. For a company that emphasizes professionalism and candidate experience, this was disappointing. It felt like a complete waste of time. I’d caution others to be mindful of the lack of follow-through in their process.
