Interview
I applied myself, super lengthy interview process, it seems like they are afraid to hire, no room for mistakes. Questions on topics of product complexity, technical acumen and stakeholder management as there is a panel interview at the end.

Interview
I applied online and went through both the recruiter and hiring manager stage. Both were really engaged and asked really great questions. Sad it didn’t work out but I’ll try again some other time.
A recruiter reached out to me after my application and gave me an interview. After that, I met with the HM, and they did not move forward afterwards.
They started both the interviews off with you asking your questions first, which doesn’t make sense at all to me. This makes the structure quite uncomfortable. As a candidate, you lose momentum to sell yourself and talk about your experience, which causes generic questions. I usually like to hold my questions until the end based on all that was discussed. And of course, I always have questions in my pipeline just in case. The questions the interviewers asked were vague, and they accused me of giving vague answers. What do they expect?! The way they interview and the questions they ask you, lack a personable conversational approach. Especially with them asking questions first when the interview begins. It makes it seem they want to get the interview over with and quickly get through it so they dont linger on questions at the end.
I see they are still continuously posting the job and reposting it because they can’t find hires, and I think that is 100% their fault. They’re missing out on great candidates because of their lack of structure and the questions they ask. Thank god I found a company that made sense to me, and I chose them just as much as they chose me.
Ashby did not want me to choose them.
