Name a situation where you had competing assignments, how did you handle it?
The person who interviewed me for a sales role was one of the most arrogant people I had met professionally. He thinks he knows everyone in HR in Europe, and half of the process was about him and how great he is. He acted more like a child than a recruiter, and I was happy that it didn't work.
