Had a great first call with the recruiter, who informed me that they manage the hiring process in cohorts. She started the call out by asking what questions I had first - so a little different than the usual type. Second interview was 1 hour with the hiring manger, two writing samples had to be submitted prior to the call with hiring manager. Wanted to go into detail about why I made all the career and eductional decisions I made in my life. I was not selected for to move onto the third round because my sales experience was not as transactional as their team, and there were doubts that even though I've sold into Mid-Market and Enterprise level companies, I wouldn't be able to handle the high inbound sales process they have currently.
