I recently interviewed with Ashby for a Data Engineer role and was asked to complete an assignment that took me around 10 hours to finish. Unfortunately, I did not progress to the next round. When I reached out for feedback, I was met with silence and never received a response, which makes me think that they never even looked at the assignment. This was incredibly disappointing, especially after dedicating so much time and effort to the task. I expected better from a company that specializes in recruiting solutions, but this lack of communication and professionalism left a very poor impression.
