Like many others have noted, the application experience is laughably embarrassing, especially for an organization that prides themselves over providing 'thoughtful communication'. I applied for the Sales Recruiter opportunity having experience that checked off every single box on the job description. I was given a basic template email informing me of my rejection, with 6 different generic reasons why my application was not moved forward - despite having EVERY SINGLE one of the 6 points highlighted in my resume. 1) Exp. as a full cycle recruiter covering Sales/CS/Marketing 2) Evidence of delivery on hiring goals 3) Exp. in B2B SaaS environments 4) Evidence of developing sourcing strategies 5) Data points showcasing hiring success 6) Providing insight about each company listed on your resume. I can understand the need to be selective when there is only 1 or 2 openings available, but the email message received was downright disrespectful and a slap in the face for myself and many others who took the time to submit their application.
