The interview process was great! I went through two rounds: the first with a recruiter, the second was a take-home assignment. The recruiter was really knowledgable, answered all of my questions about the company, and made me excited about the rest of the process. After my chat with her, I heard back quickly about the second round, the take-home assignment. The assignment was supposed to be fairly quick, but it was creating a strategy for rolling out tools/practices, so it did take me longer than suggested. But, the assignment was a great mix of fun and challenging! I would say, because the take-home assignment was so early in the interview process for this specific role, it made the overall interview process seem more difficult.
