I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ashley Furniture (Mishawaka, IN) in May 2026
Interview
The interview itself was fine, I even got to meet with one of the upper-level managers. After three rounds of interviews for this position I was ghosted by the company, and when I called to follow up on my application I never recieved a response. Extremely dissapointing and unprofessional.

Interview
There was a job fair for multiple companies, the manager who was interviewing for Ashley I think probably had a long day interviewing I didn’t think I would get an offer since he didn’t seem interested. Fortunately I was called in pretty quick to meet the rest of the office staff.
It was an easy interview. The process was really quite easy. There were two interviews. One with a recruiter and one with the dept manager. The process took approx two weeks.
