I interviewed for multiple roles and was encouraged to continue through the process, including being asked to complete an assessment/test assignment. After investing significant time across interviews and the requested work, I never received any meaningful follow-up or closure communication regarding next steps or the status of the roles. I understand that hiring priorities can shift, but a simple update or formal closeout would have gone a long way. Ghosting candidates after multiple rounds and requested assessments reflects poorly on the hiring experience and has unfortunately become far too normalized.
