Submitted resume to online job posting and received an email two days later to schedule an initial phone call with recruiting to discuss my background. I was moved forward to conduct a video interview with the hiring authority on the following week. During this interview I discovered their expectation for majority of people in a leadership position at this level would require a 6-day work week. With only 2 weeks of vacation time combined with no work/life balance I declined to move forward.
