Interview
It was one of the best interviews I've ever had. Very relaxed did not need to fill out an application went straight from my resume. Filled out online app after I was hired. I can't wait to get to work the people are high energy !!!!! Urine test and 10 year background check and I'm good to go

If the store manager seemed to be having a bad day how would I approach him ?

Interview
Interview was held at the store location I would work at. I waited near customer service and filled out some paperwork while waiting for the assistant manager to be available. We then sat in the back of the store for some privacy and was asked "What would you do if.." scenario questions and we went over my experience on my resume. The manager was very nice and professional, made the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. At the end of the first interview I was told that they wanted me to come in for a 2nd interview with the Sales Manager and so that was scheduled and went through the same process- more paperwork, more interview questions and asked again for a 3rd and finale interview with the Store Manager. The finale interview lasted >5 mins, because the Store Manager stated that they just wanted to meet me in person and congratulate me on getting the job because they already heard how great I was. Super honored/excited and was then told when the next training sessions would be and that was it.
