Have to complete a project before meeting for the final round. Do not work for free. It is an issue that they are requiring that in 2026. Interview was easy and nothing that was not standard. .
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ashley Furniture in Oct 2020
Interview
Having been in retail management for over 25 years I was completely disappointed in how this company handles interviews. First recruiter called me then set up an in person interview the following week. After the interview I e mailed the recruiter with a question.. NO response.. emailed the next day .... NO response . Completely unprofessional. Especially in COVID times I’m sent on an interview the least they could do was respond. It’s now been weeks and not even so much as an email stating we went with another candidate. In all my years as a manager hiring people I never left them hanging.. ALWAYS send an e mail letting them know the status of the position! Ashley is a complete disappointment and needs to re assess how they handle applicants!
