I was offered an interview via e-mail after I sent in a cover letter and resume. The interview only lasted about 30 minutes, and I was asked basic questions about experiences listed on my resume. I was told there were 5-6 other candidates in the process of interviewing, it seemed like a quick selection process, as is the case for many non-profit internship and job openings.
