They mainly ask the current profile and some basic project management related terminology. Also they give you the detailed explanation of what they are looking for. When all the discussions are over then they will ask for joining and current package details. No bond.

Telephone Interview which lasted 20 minutes. I thought it went very well however they didn't even advise me of the outcome which I thought was very unprofessional! Surely they should at least let the candidate know where they stand.
