It started well but ended up being a frustrating experience. Phone screening was good, I was asked about my experience and provided context to what they were looking for. First interview was ok but the person interviewing had joined the company recently so couldn’t answer some of my questions. Next interview was really bad: manager was very late so we ended up having just 15 minutes to talk. He didn’t seem interested, asked a couple of questions and seemed in a rush to end the interview. After a week, they told me they had decided to review the role and what they were looking for, and that was all the feedback I received. They posted the same vacancy the following day! Total waste of time
