When I look back at my experience, I separate into two different categories. One, the personnel and dealt with and the impressions I received over the phone through types of conversation and preparedness. The second being the process which includes the number of interviews, types of interviews, and time between interviews. As far as the first category, Aspect was really spectacular! I felt like my time was valued on each interview, they made me feel valuable and worth pursuing, and everyone always came prepared. Adrianna was especially excellent and worked with me to speed up the process, and I was in a crunch to decide between another offer. On the second category, I do feel that the process was lengthy, or certainly the most lengthy process I’ve dealt with. There were also days where I had multiple unscheduled calls that took place. I do feel that the interviews were very conversational but balanced with topical issues.
