After I applied online for the position, I was contacted and scheduled for my first interview with HR Manager who, at the end of the interview, told me he'd like me to have a second interview with the hiring manager. That second interview was fantastic, I got to have a clear view of the role and the expectations about it. Then I was scheduled to be interviewed by our internal customer, who also let me know what were the expectations of the role. And finally, I had an interview with a Solutions Consultant, who is my peer now, and she gave me a pretty clear insight of the role.
