I applied online. I interviewed at Aspen Dental (Fayetteville, AR) in Apr 2016
Interview
The first in-person interview went perfectly, it was laid back and easy-going. I met with the entire office's personnel, including the dentists, as well as the other hiring manager. The interview lasted three hours with my information being taken for a phone interview with HR. HR called, the interview lasted 32 minutes and seemed to go well. However, all of this occurred on April 19th, 2016 and I never even received a call back stating that I was no longer being considered for the position. Over a month later, I received a callback with an offer for a different office. I declined as I have already accepted another position, and I felt that their disregard to let me know any update sooner was pretty disrespectful.
