The recruiter took me into the break room and explained the responsibilities of the job. She explained the culture of the office and that they were there every step of the way to help you succeed.

Question 1
Give an example of a difficult task you had to complete and what you did to complete it. What was the result?
The scheduled a phone conversation and seemed to like me but didn’t want to pay abverage salary due to not paying the existing hygienist a good salary meaning they couldn’t pay someone new more.
Phone interview
Was very pushy and detailed how working there was exhausting her her(the interviewer)
She was nice and explained all details
And did follow up with my several times in case my thoughts changed.
Interview was good, answered a lot of questions, interviewer was pleasant and seemed honest. Did not discuss paid time off so I left with questions about that so i am worried it’s not a good selling point
