I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aspen Dental (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2010
Interview
was contacted by phone for initial interview. Set up a meeting, was told there were issues with current Office Manager so we couldnt meet at that office, so we met at Panera Bread. Interview was short, usual questions. Got a phone call about 3 days later, position was given to current employee in that office, but other offices would be opening up. Got a call about a week later that I was offered a "Float" position, at less money but with the chance to move into own office in 6 months. Was hired and trained for 12 weeks at thier expense, was sent to Syracuse on 3 occasions and then to 5 different offices.
