The process took around 3 weeks from initial phone screen to phone interview with a visit for final interview at the corporate office in Syracuse. I interviewed with 3 people for which I will be reporting/working with. Smooth process with a little drama provided by the winter weather dumping feet of snow in Syracuse.

Had a phone screen with a recruiter. She had very poor follow up skills. In fact she even took my availability to schedule second interview and said she was going to get back to me same day. I emailed her the following day to follow up and didn’t get an answer. Very unprofessional.
