Got as far as the 2nd interview and would NOT accept this position for anything. I asked the interviewer a few questions that she failed miserably on. First and most important, I asked "What are the most important qualities/traits you are looking for in an Office Manager?" One would think I would've heard an answer that has to do with good customer service being its a Dentist Office where people go who are in need of medical treatment. Nope! The answer I got was Sales Driven. I also asked about the unfavorable reviews, both from customers AND employees, of the company and how the company was combatting them. I would've expected to hear that they are learning, growing, changing processes, etc. the interviewer completely disregarded answering anything regarding employees and gave me some percentage crap about the customers. FAIL!
Multiple interviews via zoom, met with an HR rep via phone interview and then three interviews with managers. Very typical interview. Was asked questions regarding work and challenges face, additionally asked about and medical/dental backgrounds.

My interviewer was very polite and explained the position to me, as well as the benefits and requirements. It was overall a pleasant interaction in this dismal world of unemployment, and I am waiting to hear back if I am going to get the position- but I have hope..so let's see what happens.
