Very thorough and lengthy, first I met with the regional manager then the district manager then finally the office manager that all asked me several different types of questions, I suppose they each had a separate agenda. The one concern they each shared was my ability to put up with a very difficult employee that had been the reason several other assistants had walked out with no notice at all leaving everyone in a bind and the same problem they started with. After they were convinced I was very driven and not the type to give up or walk away they were instantly comfortable and visibly relieved
