I applied online. I interviewed at Aspen Dental (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
I had two face to face interviews. The first one was rather quick, maybe 10-15 minutes. The second one was slightly longer with more in depth questions about my experience. I had more questions for them than they had for me. They seemed caught off guard, but I wanted to know more information about the company, office, and position. I was then called in and told there will be a third interview. I was ok with it until they told me what it was. They wanted me to come into the office and work. Perform all the duties of the Office Manager during a regular business day to ensure I could perform the duties outlined in the job description and then discuss my performance after and if they were satisfied, would offer me a job. That was an immediate no for me.! I do not work for free and I will not use more sick/vacation time from my actual job to work for someone for free. Had I known they were going to do that, I wouldn't have wasted my time.
