There was no phone interview, they went right into an in-person interview, which I thought was strange. First thing was, they lied about how many people were going to inter view (not a big deal, but indicative of what was coming). Then, when the interview came, the interviewer complained about her day. They then asked (at most) 4-5 questions, taking maybe 10 minutes, during which they looked past me out of the office, very clearly ignoring me. When I was done talking, they sat in silence, not indicating anything at all--not taking notes, just staring out of the office before I decided to just ask questions. The remaining 15 minutes was me asking them about the job and trying to sell myself. 5 minutes before the allotted time, they stood up and said they are too busy to continue. I was pretty dumbfounded at the rudeness of the whole thing. At the end, they said they would call at X date, and didn't. I emailed twice without a response, then they finally responded 1 week later than the date agreed upon. I honestly have no idea why they invited me to interview just to ignore me during it. Needless to say even if a position is fitting, I won't apply.
Oh, and they didn't read my resume, as they admitted about halfway through when they asked, "Oh, you did X thing?"--which that "x thing" was basically my entire experience.
