Invited to interview for Development Associate position for the Leadership Division in late December 2019 but never received a reply from the hiring manager to schedule the interview. Almost a month later finally got an email saying they went with someone else.

The questioning was rapid-fire and lacked any personal touch, giving the impression that the interviewer was more focused on speed than engagement. It felt as though they were in a hurry, moving quickly from one question to the next without taking the time to explore any of the answers in depth. This approach made the interaction feel impersonal and somewhat rushed.

Phone screen and then an interview with two people on the team. Asked to do an assignment between the phone screen and first round. Easy process and focused on the team culture vs Aspen as a whole.
