The process was very organized and transparent. They used an outside organization to recruit me through LinkedIn - I had two screening calls with the recruiters, then was asked to provide some work and writing samples, including a policy test. I then had two 45-60 minute panel interviews which delved into my knowledge of the content as well as potential work scenarios. The process was fairly rigorous however I found it was on-par with other policy jobs in the region and the process was very quick and they provided a clear timeline.
