I participated in a brief phone screening with Human Resources that took about 30 minutes. A few weeks later I was invited to join an interview with a few representatives from the team.
The interview process was straightforward. They are mostly interested in your problem solving abilities and how you work with other people. Mostly behavioral questions to assess your teamwork skills and personality. I’d recommend being open and honest and following the STAR method.
