This was 1 of 2 interviews. The interview starts with an HR manager who is not directly involved with the team. And if you are successful, this would go on to a second interivew. The problem wasn't with the interview itself, but with the second interview. I kept getting emails saying they were still reviewing and rather than just saying "we proceeded with round 2 interviews with other candidates" they kept you on the line. It was extremely discouraging
Smooth process with opportunity to talk to different team members. Very responsive hiring team and a lot of transparency during the process. The interview process involved several meetings with different members of the team to better understand duties and projects to work on.

The questioning was rapid-fire and lacked any personal touch, giving the impression that the interviewer was more focused on speed than engagement. It felt as though they were in a hurry, moving quickly from one question to the next without taking the time to explore any of the answers in depth. This approach made the interaction feel impersonal and somewhat rushed.

Phone screen and then an interview with two people on the team. Asked to do an assignment between the phone screen and first round. Easy process and focused on the team culture vs Aspen as a whole.
