Had an interview with Aspen in the first quarter of 2022, noticed several recruiters posting and hunting professionals like me same position description, once I agreed to move forward with one recruiter that I felt trusted, they explained the process, the benefits, but didn't provided an explanation about why the position was opened neither how long the position was empty. Met the hiring manager, seemed friendly and interested, several and tough interviews, later, after 4 interviews they asked me wait for an additonal couple weeks, 'Ghosting' happened, didn't came with any answer, even a courtesy email. Had to contact the recruiter and they were short word saying that one week before they presented another candidate to the hiring manager that was hired filling the position I applied for.
