The recruiter I worked with was very friendly via phone, but his emails were very standoffish. I spoke with a recruiter, a team lead, and the director. Both the team lead and the director were very friendly and easy to talk to, I was provided with "next steps" through the whole process, which I appreciated. There was also a take-home assignment, in between the team lead and director interviews. I must say my biggest disappointment was receiving the rejection email from a no-reply address, as opposed to the recruiter telling me directly. It felt impersonal and a little insulting. I would have appreciated feedback, as well.
