The interview process was pretty quick and they were responsive on moving me to the next stages. However, of the 7 people I met with 3 of those people were no available and alternative team members too the interview instead which I found out only on the calls. I prepared an assignment and presented to a panel of 3 people and it was very awkward, the team wasn't engaged and I could tell they weren't paying attention and were doing work in the background. There were no questions asked and no feedback was provided on the work that was done. After doing the presentation I still had to meet with 3 other team members and again it felt like they were doing me a favor by sitting through the interviews. Zero engagement and they were rushing me. I had to follow up in order to receive an update on the role to which I was told that they were going with someone else and provided no feedback. I would've appreciated any sort of feedback after the 7 rounds and presentation. Overall, a negative experience, I could tell that while everyone was nice, they seem very disorganized and overworked and ultimately a place I wouldn't want to work for.
