I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aspire (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Phone Screen followed by an in person interview. Phone screen was a dual interview. In person was with the hiring manager followed by her boss. All questions were relevant to the position and reasonably difficult.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aspire in Mar 2022
Interview
There seems to be a pattern with Aspire ghosting candidates, no matter how far along in the interview process.
I went through 4 interview rounds. After each round, the interviewers and hiring manager told me things were looking good and they were excited.
One of the rounds consisted of a 30 minute presentation and role play. Following that the SVP of revenue said I would hear back in 2-3 days.
1 week later and I still haven't heard anything nor are they responding to my emails asking for an update.
Like others have said, if this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how they treat employees.
