The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aspire Systems (Chennai)
Interview
Had 3 rounds of interview. First round lasted for 15minutes and the other 2 lasted for 1.5hrs each.
The fun part is, they asked me to present(sell) something to a Retail company for which I prepared a slide deck and walked them through it thoroughly. Right after the 3rd round the HR informed me that I have got through and I will have my 4th round with a person in onsite and then a HR round.
Climax: After a rigorous follow up with HR for 1.5 weeks she gave me a response stating that I didn’t get through because Of no BFSI experience(Not sure about what happened to my 4th round of interview all of a sudden/ also I very well have experience in BFSI). For each and every round they took a good one week buffer time as well.
Learnings: As I was very much aware that I did my best, they can’t kill anyones time and elaborate the process itself. You can’t expect someone to answer irrelevant to the questions you ask and claim that the individual doesn’t have experience.
