Interview
This process describes the interview experience for a cs fresher.
The first round was a written mcq test. 40 minutes for 40 questions- 20 numerical aptitude, 20 technical(tracing output for c/c++ programs mostly). This was extremely easy and can be cleared with no actual preparation whatsoever as was the case with me.
The shortlisted students had a groupwise face to face coding round. 5 to 6 students given different questions to code and simultaneous evaluation of codes.
The questions I got were:
1) Given an array of numbers, find the largest palindromic prime number.
2) Print pascal's triangle.
3) Print all possible permutations of a string.
4) Matrix Multiplication.
5) What is a linked list . What is exception handling. What are the keywords used in exception handling.
Questions other people were given included:
1) Reverse each word in a string.
2) Given an array, multiply all elements with sum of all array elements and find the greatest value.
3) Swap 2 numbers without a temporary variable.
4) Swap 2 Characters without a temporary variable. (Have no idea how this is done unless the characters are represented as strings.)
5) Given 2 arrays, swap each of their elements.
After this round , I had another groupwise technical face to face round. 3 people were simultaneously asked questions and codes.
The questions I remember are:
1) Longest palindromic substring.
2) Print a diamond pattern with increasing numbers.

2 3
4 5 6 (Something like this.)
7 8
9
3) Draw a class diagram for an e-commerce application.
4) Print all possible permutations of a string. (I was asked this again.)
After this round, I had an individual face to face hr round. I was also asked to write an essay on what life means to me.
HR questions included:
Introduce yourself. What is your favourite quality about your mom? Why aren't you planning on doing higher studies? If I had previously gotten any offers, what offers I had gotten. Why this company? What is your biggest strength? How many interviews have you attended? Why no luck in the others? What does marriage mean to you? etc.
I was also told there is a 2 year bond and asked if I was okay with it.
They also informed us of an internship they might conduct during the final semester of college.
