I had attended an interview on Aspire system for manual testing and Automation testing interview . My suggestion ,please do not attend the interview on anyone aspire system and even get offer also do not join ,my life time i was wasted half day this company interview. I was Inquiry with the people others ,who had attended the interview already in aspire system .They shared to me, the same kind of feed back. Normally i never wrote any company interview experience in glass door .I was really upset their behavior of the interview and attitude issue's of employee. I will not attend interview on my life time for this aspire system company . Aspire employee doesn't have proper communication skill and he doesn't know ,how to ask question itself and to give the justification for my answers .What is the reason not satisfied my answer ?
