Almost 20 members came for interview. There were three rounds 2 technical and one manager round. I cleared 2 rounds and I was waiting for manager round. I went there by 11 am but after finishing the second round time was 1 pm. Since many candidates came for interview they took more time for finalizing the candidates. They told me to have lunch in company canteen which is in ground floor and come back for third round. I went to canteen but the canteen guys told me that lunch is not available and I asked them "what is available" they told nothing is available to eat. I do not know whether to laugh or cry. I told "its OK at least give me a cup of water" they told to have water in first floor. When so many candidates come for interview at least they should arrange and be prepared and tell the canteen guys to prepare more food than usual but they did not do that and I had water and some biscuits which I bought with me and waiting for manager round. I was willing to pay money for food but still no food is available in canteen. Finally by evening 4 30 Pm manager called me inside. He asked me several questions mostly about my projects and I answered all the questions. He told me to wait outside. I was waiting for final feed back and the HR lady came to me and told that "Manger feels that you are overqualified for the Senior Developer position and you are rejected". I told them that I can work with freshers also I am not such type of guy who think myself as overqualified and refuse to work with juniors but she told manager decision is final and I do not want to argue with her and I told her "Thank you" and came back to my house. This was the experience which I had with them. First of all before shortlisting any resume they need to read the resume clearly and if they feel some one are overqualified they should not send invitation for the interview but asking them to come for interview and making them to wait for loooong time without any food or drinks and asking them to leave the venue is too much and it is a disappointing experience. I heard that the manager rejected most of the guys who came for interview and selected only 2 or 3. If you are selecting only very few candidates why should you send invitation to 20 or 30 experienced folks. I was not comfortable with their recruitment policy overall its a negative experience. I missed other interviews by spending long time with this interview. Had they rejected me in the first round I would have got time to attend other interviews but when they told the final feed back time was 5:30Pm and all the other interviews were closed and I could not go there.

There are 3 rounds of interview conducted, which are 2 technical and one HR round, The interview process depends on the technical which are mentioned in resume. As a dotnet developer they may ask for C#, MVC, Ado.net, Web API and some micro service related questions.
