HR from aspire systems called me, saying that your profile has been shortlisted and there will be the interview the next day. I asked her after two days.But she replied that it's an urgent requirement so I said fine. next day had first round of interview, it was telephonic.I cleared it. Followed by second round the next day. I cleared that too.
The next day had 2min call with HR over Skype.had a talk like where are you living, homtown, joining date.
she asked me to send the payslips and said that she will call me the next business day for the discussion of pay package.I sent her my payslips for last three months on the same day.
I waited for two days.no call. I called back, no reply, sent mail no reply. I tried to call hr for one week,got some silly reasons from telephone operator like HR not in office, left for the day, not feeling well, moving to US etc.
I don't know what she did with my payslips. God knows.. Atleast should convey their decision yes or no . I would recommend Don't go for this company, this is so rubbish.

I got placed there in 2022. I still 2024 not received joining letter. There is no response from the HR team for mails and calls. Interview is good you just need to know logic of programming.
