I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aspire Systems (Chennai) in Dec 2018
Interview
This is a very bad process that takes long for 2 days. 1st round is easy to crack and 2nd round is also nice and the person who interviewed me also knowledged but in 3rd round I am opted to solve problems which are much complex but I solved 4 problems and on 5th problem I don't know about the logic so I tried sometime after that I said I can't crack the logic then the person who interviewed me said you don't know basics and logic try next time. My question is without the strong knowledge in programming how a candidate can go to 3rd round? Even some of the persons who interviewed itself don't know about the logic other than questions. They conducted the 3rd round with a motive to eliminate the candidates as much as possible. Overall a waste of time trying here.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Aspire Systems (Chennai) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was interviewed at my college. Consist of four rounds. First one was basic aptitude written test. Next one was simple technical round. Third was advanced technical round. At final, HR round. Recruiters were so friendly. Aptitude was easy to crack, basics is enough. In second round, their team member asked to write some programs. In next round, they gave some advanced programs to write. Then in HR round, he asked me some basic HR questions.
