They required multiple rounds of virtual interviews prior to the onsite, along with online assessments. There was no clear timeline for filling the role, and the overall process felt disorganized. They requested my availability but then waited a full week to provide interview times, which required significant rework on my part to reschedule other commitments. In addition, calendar invites were not sent for most interviews—only email messages. I would encourage HR to refine their processes and be more mindful of candidates’ time.

They were typical situational questions related to past experiences.
The interview process moved very slowly. There was an online application, which was pretty standard in ease of use and flow. Weeks passed before being contacted for update on application. Once the application moved forward, the process included phone screenings, video calls, in person interviews, and panel interviews.
Zoom camera was meant to move to panel members but was erratic, and distance of camera placement made it very difficult to see panelists. Back to back panels over 2 hour period where I could barely see anyone was challenging.
