Submitted resume and was declined in the same day. The next morning received an email saying they chose the wrong template & they did indeed want to interview me. Scheduled an interview with SMK (?) no name. Asked recruiter for the name, they never responded. Several days later before the interview I received a cancelation on the interview with no explanation. Neither the interviewer or recruiter returned my texts. These folks were out of Australia. Very disappointing and unprofessional. They definitely need a head of HR to clean up this behavior.
