The interview process consists of an HR phone screen about the candidate's background and experiences. Then meet up with cross-functional managers and finally a technical interview with the team. The process was smooth and friendly.

Call with internal recruiter
Call with manager
Then technical call with team members.
Finially received offer lower than the initial range the recruiter stated in initial call.
The offer was 20-30% lower than market average, but do allow remote.
