Interview
Prior to the group assessment, there are two phone interviews (one with an HR manager, one with a portfolio manager). The group assessment is at the office in Milwaukee and scheduled for 8 hours (a dinner is held the evening before, and they pay for lodging and mileage). Assessment day started off with dividing into groups and working on a group project; they will be observing how you interact with other members. There is also a writing assessment (you are asked to write a summary of a short news article) and two behavioral interviews (they literally asked the same exact questions). At the end of the day, you get back into your groups and present the problem.

Applied online through the career webpage, received an email from a recruiter to call and setup a time for a phone interview. Informed that they will get back within a month, recruiter is still phone screening candidates, 20 or so qualified candidates will be brought into Milwaukee to do a super day, will consist of interviews, a project, meet and greet, only 5 or so will be selected.
