I made it through several rounds of interviews, starting with a Zoom call with the creative director. Very professional and personable, and then I moved on to meeting the design team. It came down to myself and another candidate for the position, and the other candidate was a local while I would have had to relocate, so the offer was extended to the other applicant. Even with not getting the job, the team was very good at communicating through the entire process.
