Astellas Internship interview questions

There are two rounds of interview. For the first round, they will ask you some questions about your cv, or your view on pharmaceutical industry. For the second round, they start asking you some questions about your personal value. They usually ask some situation questions and you need to solve it.

Competency based interview. 2 interviewers. HR manager and a person from the QC department for the technical end of things. Very pleasant HR manager, QC guy was more of a pen pusher.
