Had to answer extra Q’s by e-mail (justifying why I was interested in them and why I would be of interest to them) and also a personality profiler before they would even consider me for a 1st interview. The 1st interview experience was probably the worst I have ever had to endure: 1630 time slot for 1 hour (graveyard shift); they were clearly running late by 15mins but neither of the two interviewers had the courtesy to even let me know this was the case (even when the previous interviewee exited and left I had to wait another 15mins with no communication from the interviewers at all - I just had to sit and twiddle my thumbs). When eventually invited in, given an apology of sorts (we have been very busy, seen a lot of people and have several agencies we deal with - not just yours!) - sat opposite two of them with a large table in between (a distance of 6 feet away) and felt it was an interrogation! Lead interviewer (manager) - face like thunder, brusque and cold; her assistant just sat there and smiled. The process involved having several Qs fired at me with no eye contact by the manager and taking notes - why was the other chap there at all? Given 45 minutes only, hand shake and goodbye - that was it! Needless to say I didn’t go any further in the process.
